The main attraction, snow flake lodge is a 9,000 square foot. member exclusive clubhouse with a full service restaurant serving the some of the best food on the mountain. What is special about this facility is that it operates a summer recreation program from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. They also have available many recreational programs and activities such as swimming classes, crafts, movies, theme bingo, water aerobics, campfires, water polo and weekly kids camps. Blue lake springs unit 1-13 include all the recreation facilities while Unit 14-16 of Blue Lake Springs has never been annexed into the homeowner's association, thus does not have access to their recreational facilities.
